In plain language, I want to understand how one might advance democracy promotion using aid in an international environment is that hostile to democracy. The framework I advance has policy implications. As discussed in the last chapter of the book, I was working with data that is publicly available. More could have been done given access to nuanced data. I am happy to discuss practical considerations if policymakers are interested. I provide a way to reach me below.
